The
Musical
Connection
Shaping the Future of Inclusive (Arts) Education

A project funded by Erasmus+
Imagine...
… a world where education is a place where everyone can identify and be themselves, where people are free to learn from each other and from people all over the world. A world where diverse perspectives enrich the learning environment, inclusivity is a lived experience, and creativity acts as a catalyst for change, transforming imagination into tangible action.
Our values
Our vision is to bring together performing arts schools from across Europe as a starting point for learning about more inclusive education in a generic sense. Our mission is to integrate gender diversity and inclusivity into the heart of (arts) education, driven by diversity, innovation, inclusivity, community, and creativity. This project is not just about change; it's about revolutionizing how we perceive, teach, and experience the diversity of humanity.

Cultural exchanges programs
We plan to initiate a series of student, teacher and management exchanges among our partner schools. These exchanges will serve as a platform for sharing experiences, fostering understanding, and celebrating our diverse identities.
Toolkit and curriculum development
We're advancing (arts) education through toolkit and curriculum development. Our toolkit equips European educators with inclusive resources, while our curriculum models gender-diverse arts education.
Theatre productions
Our vision includes staging theatre productions that boldly address and celebrate gender diversity based on the research among European youngsters. These productions will not only showcase talent but also serve as powerful narratives that challenge and inspire audiences.
Future testimonials
As our project unfolds, we look forward to sharing experiences and stories from those involved. These future testimonials will be the testament to the impact of 'The Musical Connection' and a resource for others to start their journey towards more inclusive education.
