In collaboration with Tessa Kaufman, Robert Corvers, and Brook Young People, we developed a series of inspiring Masterclasses. These sessions are designed to support educators and school teams in building awareness, reflection, and inclusive practices. Sexual and Gender Identity-Based Micro-aggressions: Differences by Sexual and Gender Identity, and Sex Assigned at Birth Among Dutch Youth By Wouter J. Kiekens, Tessa M. L. Kaufman & Laura Baams This study examined sexual- and gender-identity-based micro-aggressions among Dutch SGM youth. Key findings reveal that lesbian and bisexual youth reported fewer micro-aggressions than gay youth, while gender-minority youth experienced more familial micro-aggressions and threats than their cisgender peers. These insights highlight the diversity of experiences within the LGBTQIA+ community and emphasize the need for tailored support strategies.

Our entire project was grounded in multiple research questions and ongoing monitoring of its impact on school climate and inclusion. The resulting reports and data are available upon request.
